Terms of Service
Last updated 21 September 2026
These terms cover your use of remme. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use remme.
The service
remme is an assistant that turns notes into tasks, organises them, and places timed items on a calendar. It is currently in private beta: features may change or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed.
Your account
You need an account to use remme. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised. You must be at least 16.
Your content
Your notes, tasks and memos remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to store your content, process it, show it back to you, share it with people you choose to share it with, and send you the emails you have enabled. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your content to train AI models.
You are responsible for what you put into remme, including having the right to upload it. Don't upload other people's confidential information without the right to do so.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- break the law, or use remme to help anyone else do so;
- upload malware, or attempt to breach, overload or probe our systems or our providers';
- try to access another user's account or data;
- scrape, resell or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights;
- misuse automated access in a way that degrades the service for others.
Connected accounts
If you connect Google or Lark, you authorise remme to access those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy, and you remain bound by those providers' own terms. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of remme. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can. During beta, interruptions and data-affecting changes are possible.
Termination
You may stop using remme and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that creates a security or legal risk, or where required by law. Where circumstances allow we will warn you first and give you an opportunity to export or correct the problem.
Disclaimers
remme is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
remme uses AI, which makes mistakes. It can misread a note, get a date wrong, miss a task or invent a detail. remme is an assistant, not a system of record — do not rely on it alone for anything with legal, financial, medical or safety consequences, and check anything that matters. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will always be recoverable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, remme and the people who make it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed deadlines, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of remme.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above will change, and for material changes we will notify you by email. Continuing to use remme after a change means you accept the updated terms.
